The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond, even helping us with transportation issues.

We had some difficulties with the bathtub/shower combo, as it was not easy to use and took a long time to drain.

The jet tub was a nice touch.

Our bathtub/shower combo was not user-friendly, and we had trouble switching the water from the tap to the shower head. Additionally, it took a long time for the water in the tub to drain, which was frustrating. The ground floor lacked privacy, as the curtains didn't completely block out the sun or block road noise.

The king room had a clean and easy layout, making it comfortable for a couple. Enjoyed the hot tub feature, and the on-site fitness center added value to our stay. However, both the bed and pillows were excessively firm, leading to discomfort at night, despite prompt assistance from staff when we requested extra pillows. Breakfast offered grilled meat, which was a delightful surprise to start the day.

Great stay

Had a King Room, Non-Smoking for a night. The room was super clean with air conditioning and a microwave. Loved the hot tub in the room, and the fitness center was a nice perk too. Breakfast had fresh fruit and unlimited coffee. Staff was helpful with local dinner recommendations too, Mathew Supper Club was delish!

Had a lovely stay in a super clean King Room with a great layout that made everything feel cozy. The hot tub in the room was a real treat, and I enjoyed hanging out in the lounge area with a cup of fresh coffee. The only minor hiccup was that the heating unit was a bit noisy, but it didn't spoil my experience at all. 😊
